Development Proposal
After discussing the requirements with the client, we develop a detailed
Project Proposal that includes the scope of the project, development guidelines, the deliverables,
an estimate of the hours required and associated costs, and a project plan.
Content Development
Most of our content development is done off-site using our own hardware and software.
Access to a working system and dedicated time with the client's content experts
is required to familiarise ourselves with
the product that we are documenting.
Reviews
The content is reviewed at set intervals during the documentation development process.
Contract Details
We normally work on a contract basis, working against a fixed cost or at an hourly
rate for an agreed number of hours.
